My Life Journey has brought me to Healing
I am a licensed and experienced Massage Therapist in the East Bay area. I have been dedicated to providing healing and promoting well-being since 2013. It is a life calling for me. I am continuously looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice to ensure that my clients receive the best care.
I am excited about this new endeavor. HELM is a new space that I have created for my clients; a space that provides a safe and nurturing environment on which to heal. I am looking forward to welcoming you and assisting you on your wellness journey.

Swedish
This treatment may be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage targets areas of tension or tightness by applying concentrated pressure to the sub-layer of muscles and facia (the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles). During your session, your therapist will work with you to ensure that the pressure is suitable for you.

CLEAN SLATE
Sea Salt Body Srub
The service will begin with gentle dry brushing of the body, then treat and buff the body with a handcrafted custom sea salt and essential oil blend. Rinse and remove any remaining product and finish with massage and a luxurious moisturizer to leave you with soft glowing skin.

Pregnancy Massage
Your body is going through many changes during pregnancy. Take a moment to treat your vessel with care. Ease away the aches and discomfort that you are experiencing as you are making way for this little miracle. This treatment is specifically designed for an expectant mother. I use special pillows and bolsters to position a woman comfortably and safely while relieving body tension. This treatment includes a massage and extended time to address any of your personal needs. We will work together to reach your treatment goals. Expectant mothers must be past their 1st trimester before scheduling an appointment.

Synergy Hot Stone
Synergy stone massage is a new ultra-relaxing Hot Stone massage. This treatment blends or ‘synergizes’ soothing heat, gentle relaxation and deeper therapeutic massage into a multi-sensational experience. While soothing your limbic system through warm healing therapy, this technique has many added advantages. It stimulates the immune system, encourages improved blood and lymph circulation, helps detoxify the body and tone the skin and relieves muscle pain and discomfort while promoting relaxation of the body.

Legs & Feet
